Overview

RouteNio automatically determines tax type and label based on your Company Country setting. GST (Australia/NZ), VAT (UK/EU), or Sales Tax (US) labels appear correctly on all invoices.

Configuring Tax Rate

  1. Navigate to Settings → Tax & Invoicing.
  2. Confirm your default tax rate (pre-populated for your country).
  3. Set per-line-item tax exemptions as needed.
  4. Save - all future invoices use the updated rate.

Tax Identifiers

Enter your Tax File Number (TFN), ABN, VAT Number, or EIN under Settings → Company. These appear on all invoice PDFs as required by law.
