Data Export (Subject Access Request)

1. Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Data Management.
2. Search for the user by name or email.
3. Click Export Data - a ZIP file containing all data associated with that person downloads to your computer.
4. Provide this file to the data subject within your legal timeframe.

Your Obligations as Data Controller

As a RouteNio customer, you are the Data Controller. You must:

• Inform users their data is processed by RouteNio
• Handle access and deletion requests within your legal timeframe (GDPR: 30 days)
• Maintain a privacy policy accessible to your fleet operators and clients
