Stop calculating the same job rates from scratch every time. The Routes Library stores your recurring routes with pre-agreed pricing - select a route when creating a job and pricing flows through automatically.

Creating a Route

  1. Navigate to Routes → Create Route.
  2. Enter Origin and Destination addresses.
  3. Set the Base Rate, Distance (km), Estimated Hours, Toll Costs, and Surcharges.
  4. Optionally define minimum and maximum stops for multi-drop routes.
  5. Apply a Client discount if you have different rates for specific clients.
  6. Save. The route is now available in the Job creation form.

How Route Pricing Works

When you create a job and select a route:

  • Distance auto-fills from route configuration
  • Estimated hours auto-fills
  • Toll costs auto-add to the job
  • When the job completes and an invoice is created, the agreed rate auto-populates the invoice line item

This eliminates pricing disputes and ensures every job is billed at the contracted rate.

Rate Versioning

When you change a route's rate, existing invoices are unaffected - they retain the rate at the time the job was created. Future jobs use the new rate.
