The Limited User role provides day-to-day operational access without billing, user management, or company settings permissions.

What Limited Users Can Access

By default, Limited Users can view and edit:

  • Jobs (create, assign, update)
  • Fleet (view vehicles, live map)
  • Clients
  • Roster (view and edit shifts)
  • Timesheets (review and approve)
  • Invoices (create, send, record payments)
  • Compliance (checklists, documents)
  • Analytics (view dashboards)

What Limited Users Cannot Access

  • Billing and subscription settings
  • User management (adding/removing users)
  • Company Settings
  • Whitelabel/branding settings
  • Integration Manager (adding/removing integrations)

Custom Permission Profiles

Use Custom Permission Profiles to create tailored access levels for specific operational roles:
