The Limited User role provides day-to-day operational access without billing, user management, or company settings permissions.
What Limited Users Can Access
By default, Limited Users can view and edit:
- Jobs (create, assign, update)
- Fleet (view vehicles, live map)
- Clients
- Roster (view and edit shifts)
- Timesheets (review and approve)
- Invoices (create, send, record payments)
- Compliance (checklists, documents)
- Analytics (view dashboards)
What Limited Users Cannot Access
- Billing and subscription settings
- User management (adding/removing users)
- Company Settings
- Whitelabel/branding settings
- Integration Manager (adding/removing integrations)
Custom Permission Profiles
Use Custom Permission Profiles to create tailored access levels for specific operational roles:

| Data Entry | Jobs only (view + create) |
