1. Open the fleet operator's profile (Settings → Users → [Fleet Operator]).
2. In the Vehicle section, select their primary vehicle from the dropdown.
3. Save - this vehicle auto-selects when creating jobs for this operator.

Or assign during job creation by selecting both the operator and vehicle in the assignment panel.
