Never miss a service again. RouteNio tracks multiple service interval types simultaneously and alerts you well before anything is due.

Multiple types can run simultaneously on the same vehicle - e.g., a truck might have oil changes every 10,000km and annual roadworthy checks.

Setting Up Service Intervals

  1. Navigate to Fleet → [Vehicle] → Service Intervals.
  2. Click Add Service Type - name it (e.g., "Engine Oil Change").
  3. Select trigger type and set the interval.
  4. Enter the current odometer or engine hours reading.
  5. Set alert thresholds - e.g., alert when within 500km of service due.

Alerts

When a service is approaching, RouteNio sends:

  • Amber alert - within your configured warning threshold (e.g., 500km)
  • Red alert - overdue

Overdue vehicles are flagged prominently in:

  • Fleet list with colour indicators
  • Dashboard alert feed
  • Daily Compliance Sentinel digest

Service History

All completed services are logged with date, odometer, and technician notes - creating a permanent maintenance record for each vehicle.

Automated Maintenance Triggers

For rental fleets, RouteNio auto-triggers maintenance reviews when a vehicle returns after odometer milestones. See Fleet Rental.
