Deleting a User's Personal Data

1. Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Data Management.
2. Search for the user by name or email.
3. Select "Request Deletion" - RouteNio shows exactly what data will be anonymised vs retained.
4. Confirm - personal identifiers are removed. Operational records reference an anonymised identifier.

Account Deletion

To delete your entire company account, contact RouteNio support. A 30-day grace period applies - data is recoverable during this window.
