1. Navigate to Settings → Users.
  2. Click the user's name to open their profile.
  3. Click Deactivate Account.
  4. Confirm - the user is immediately logged out and cannot log back in.

Their historical records (timesheets, jobs, compliance entries) are fully preserved. Reactivate at any time from the same page.

⚠️ Deactivation vs Deletion

RouteNio does not permanently delete user accounts through the UI - only deactivation. For GDPR-driven deletion of personal data, see Data Deletion.
