Fleet Operator Portal access is granted automatically when you invite someone with the Fleet Operator role.

1. Navigate to Settings → Users → Invite User.
2. Set Role to Fleet Operator.
3. Enter name and email - click Send Invitation.
4. The fleet operator receives a welcome email with login credentials.
5. They access the portal at app.routenio.com/fleet-operator-portal or via the mobile app.
