The RouteNio dashboard is your command centre - a live overview of everything happening in your operation. It adapts dynamically to your fleet type, showing the metrics that matter for your industry.

Dashboard Layout

The main dashboard has four zones:

  1. KPI Cards (top row) - Key performance indicators updated in real time. Click any card to drill into the relevant module.
  2. Fleet Map - Live GPS positions for all tracked vehicles, colour-coded by status.
  3. Activity Feed - A chronological list of recent events - jobs created, timesheets submitted, alerts triggered.
  4. Quick Actions - Shortcuts to your most-used workflows.

Fleet-Type Adaptation

The dashboard automatically displays metrics relevant to your fleet:

Interacting with Dashboard Elements

  • Click any KPI card → drills into the relevant module with pre-applied filters
  • Click a vehicle on the map → opens the vehicle detail panel with live status
  • Click an activity item → navigates directly to the related record (job, timesheet, alert)
  • Use the date range picker → adjusts all KPIs to any period (today, this week, this month, custom)
