Getting Started as a Shipper

As a Shipper on the RouteNio Marketplace, you post freight loads and receive bids from carriers in the RouteNio network.

Posting a Load

1. Navigate to Marketplace → Post Load.
2. Enter origin, destination, cargo description, weight, and cubic metres.
3. Set required pickup and delivery dates.
4. Set a reserve price (optional - hide from carriers or display).
5. Specify any requirements: dangerous goods, refrigeration, tail lift, etc.
6. Post - your load is immediately visible to all Carrier accounts.

Managing Bids

• View incoming bids with carrier rating, compliance score, and equipment type.
• Message carriers to negotiate terms.
• Award the job to your preferred carrier - they're notified immediately.
• The job appears in your Jobs list with full tracking from pickup to delivery.
