1. Navigate to Settings → Users.
2. Click the user's name to open their profile.
3. In the Role field, select the new role from the dropdown.
4. For Limited Users, optionally assign a Custom Permission Profile.
5. Click Save Changes - the change takes effect at the user's next page load.
