Fleet operators can report from the portal/mobile app. Admins can also enter directly:
- Navigate to Compliance → Incidents → Log Incident.
- Select Severity (Minor, Moderate, Major, Critical).
- Enter date, time, location, and description.
- Attach photos (drag-and-drop or camera capture on mobile).
- Assign corrective actions with due dates.
- Save - the incident is logged with a timestamp and appears in the Compliance Dashboard.
