Fleet operators can report from the portal/mobile app. Admins can also enter directly:

  1. Navigate to Compliance → Incidents → Log Incident.
  2. Select Severity (Minor, Moderate, Major, Critical).
  3. Enter date, time, location, and description.
  4. Attach photos (drag-and-drop or camera capture on mobile).
  5. Assign corrective actions with due dates.
  6. Save - the incident is logged with a timestamp and appears in the Compliance Dashboard.
