1. Navigate to Marketplace → Available Loads.
2. Filter by origin/destination region, cargo type, and date.
3. Click a load to view full details - cargo, route, and shipper requirements.
4. Click Submit Bid and enter your rate and any conditions.
5. The shipper reviews all bids and awards to their preferred carrier.
6. If awarded, the job appears in your Jobs list automatically.
