Enabling Client Portal Access
- Go to Clients → [Client Name] → Portal Settings.
- Toggle Enable Client Portal.
- Click Send Invitation - the client receives a welcome email with login credentials.
- The client logs in and sees their branded portal immediately.
What Clients Can Do
Track Jobs
Live status updates for all active and recent jobs - with GPS tracking for in-progress deliveries.
View & Pay Invoices
Full invoice history with online payment via Stripe (card payments). Payment is posted to your RouteNio account instantly.
Submit Booking Requests
Clients submit new job requests through the portal. Requests appear in your Jobs list as "Pending" status, ready for review and assignment.
Proof of Delivery
View POD photos, signatures, and GPS-verified delivery timestamps for completed jobs.
Send Messages
In-portal messaging between client and admin - messages appear in your admin notification feed.
Whitelabel Branding
The Client Portal uses your company logo and primary colour automatically - clients see your brand, not RouteNio's.

Client Portal on Mobile
Clients can also use the RouteNio mobile app to access the Client Portal from their smartphone.
