Data Architecture
- Tenant isolation - Every company's data is completely isolated. No cross-tenant data access is possible.
- Encryption - All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

Data Subject Requests
Use Settings → Privacy → Data Export to export all data for a specific user. Use Settings → Privacy → Data Deletion to schedule deletion of a user's personal data while retaining legally-required records.
Data Processing Agreement
RouteNio provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all customers. Request it from support.
