A runsheet is a structured daily plan for a fleet operator - a list of stops, deliveries, or tasks in sequence. Create them centrally, track progress in real time.

Creating a Runsheet

  1. Navigate to Runsheets → Create Runsheet.
  2. Assign to a fleet operator and optionally a vehicle.
  3. Add stops in order - each stop has an address, delivery window, and notes.
  4. Add jobs to stops - each stop can include one or more associated jobs.
  5. Publish - the runsheet appears in the fleet operator's Portal and mobile app.

Fleet Operator View

From the Fleet Operator Portal or mobile app, operators see:

  • Stops in order with addresses and windows
  • Current stop highlighted
  • Navigate button (opens their preferred maps app)
  • Ability to mark a stop as complete and capture POD

Real-Time Progress

From the Runsheets admin view, you see each operator's runsheet with live progress - stops completed, current location, estimated time to next stop.

Runsheets are available on Grow plans and above, or as an add-on.
