Every major action in RouteNio is logged to an immutable audit log - who did what, to which record, and when. The audit log cannot be edited or deleted.
What's Logged

Accessing Audit Logs
Navigate to Settings → Audit Log. Filter by:
- Date range
- User
- Action type
- Record type
Export
Export filtered audit log data as CSV for external compliance, legal holds, or accounting review.
Retention
Audit logs are retained indefinitely for your account. Cancelling your subscription does not delete audit logs - they remain accessible for 90 days post-cancellation.
