The Fleet Operator Portal is designed for field-facing staff. Mobile-first and focused on the tasks that matter in the field - viewing assigned jobs, completing runsheets, submitting timesheets, and capturing proof of delivery.
Accessing the Portal
Fleet operators access the portal via:
- Web browser at app.routenio.com/fleet-operator-portal
- Mobile app (iOS and Android) - identical functionality, optimised for small screens
What Fleet Operators Can Do
View Assigned Jobs
See all jobs assigned today, this week, or upcoming. Tap any job for full details - pickup, delivery, cargo, special instructions, and client contacts.
Complete Runsheets
Work through the day's stops in order. Navigate to each stop, mark complete, and capture POD at each stop.
Submit Timesheets
Enter start time, end time, and breaks. RouteNio calculates pay automatically. Submit for admin approval.
Capture Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Signature capture from the client on a touchscreen
- Photo upload of delivered goods
- GPS-stamped at time of capture
- All POD visible to client through their portal
Pre-Start Checklists
Complete vehicle safety checklists before each shift. Critical failures reported to admin immediately.
Clock In / Clock Out
Digital clock-in and clock-out recorded with GPS location and timestamp.
Report Incidents
Submit incident reports directly from the portal or mobile app - including photo evidence.
SOS Button
Persistent emergency SOS button in the portal header and Quick Actions - sends location alert to admin immediately.
GPS Tracking
When a job is in-progress, the fleet operator's device sends GPS updates that appear on the admin's Live Fleet Map - no separate GPS hardware needed.
Fatigue Log
Log work and rest periods for fatigue compliance. The system detects breaches automatically based on the applicable regulatory standard for your country and fleet type.
