Your client database is the foundation of job creation and invoicing. Every job is linked to a client, ensuring traceability and enabling accurate billing.

Adding Clients

Navigate to Clients → Add Client and fill in:

  • Business Name and ABN/Business Registration Number
  • Contact person, email, and phone
  • Billing address and optional delivery address (auto-suggests on job creation)
  • Payment terms (e.g., 14 days, 30 days) - applied automatically on all invoices
💡 Client Portal Access

Enable the Client Portal for any client to give them a dedicated login where they can track jobs, view invoices, and make online payments. See Client Portal.

Rate Cards & Contract Pricing

Agree rates with clients in advance using Rate Cards - then attach a matching Route from the Routes Library to lock in pricing for recurring jobs.

When a job is created with a route and that route has a set price, the invoice auto-populates with the agreed amount. No manual pricing decisions, no billing errors.

Bulk Import

Onboarding multiple clients? Upload a CSV with name, email, phone, address, and ABN. Validate and import in one step.

Client Statement Generation

Generate a full statement of invoices, payments, and current balance for any client - PDF format, ready to email.
