RouteNio provides granular privacy controls for each portal - what data clients can see, how GPS tracking consent is managed, and what fleet operators can view.

Fleet operators are informed of GPS tracking during onboarding. Consent records are stored with timestamps.

Configure tracking settings under Settings → Privacy → GPS Tracking:

  • Track only during active jobs
  • Track during all operational hours
  • Require explicit consent before first activation

Client Data Visibility

Control what clients can see in the Client Portal under Settings → Client Portal → Privacy:

  • Driver name (show/hide)
  • Vehicle registration (show/hide)
  • Live GPS position (show/hide)
  • Proof of delivery photos (show/hide)
