Overview

RouteNio sends automated emails for key workflow events - invoice delivery, job notifications, welcome messages, and payment confirmations. Customise each template with your branding, tone, and content.

Key Template Types

  • Invoice Email - Sent when an invoice is emailed to a client
  • Job Notification - Sent when a job is assigned to a fleet operator
  • Welcome Email - Sent to new users when invited
  • Payment Receipt - Sent when payment is recorded
  • Password Reset - System-generated, limited customisation

Customisation Options

  • Logo placement (uses your whitelabel logo)
  • Company colours
  • Header and footer text
  • Signature block
  • CTA button text and link

Navigate to Settings → Email Templates to customise each template.
