1. Navigate to Fleet → Geofencing → Create Zone.
2. Draw the zone on the map (circle radius or polygon).
3. Name the zone (e.g., 'Main Depot', 'Client ABC Site').
4. Set triggers: notify on entry, exit, or both.
5. Set operating hours if alerts should only fire during business hours.
6. Save - zone monitoring activates immediately.

Use the Site Time Log in the Live Command Centre to view GPS-verified time at each geofenced location.
