Overtime Thresholds

Add fixed or per-km allowances that are added to fleet operator pay:

Per-Employee Overrides
Individual fleet operators can have custom pay rates that override global settings - useful for senior operators or those with individual enterprise agreements.
Salary vs Hourly
Configure each fleet operator as hourly (calculated from timesheets) or salaried (fixed weekly/monthly pay regardless of hours).
