Creating a template:

  1. Go to Compliance → Checklists → Create Template and name your checklist.
  2. Add inspection items - mark safety-critical items with the Critical flag.
  3. Assign templates to vehicle types (e.g., all Rigid Trucks use 'Truck Pre-Start').
  4. Fleet operators complete the checklist in the Fleet Operator Portal or mobile app.
  5. Critical failures trigger immediate alerts and can block vehicle assignment.

  1. Schedule a Toolbox Talk under Compliance → Toolbox Talks.
  2. Assign attendees - all fleet operators, all staff, or specific groups.
  3. Run the talk and record attendance from the Portal or in-person sign-off.
  4. View completion rates on the Compliance dashboard.

Document Tracking

Upload license scans, certifications, and insurance policies with expiry dates for fleet operators and vehicles.

Automatic reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry - sent to both holders and managers.
